Ten Shadows Technique Guide for Jujutsu Legacy

Ten Shadows is consistently ranked S-tier on our technique tier list and for good reason. It is one of the rarest rollable techniques in Jujutsu Legacy on Roblox, with a 0.5% drop rate from the Technique Spin NPC at Jujutsu High. Despite the low odds, Ten Shadows delivers elite performance in both PvP and PvE thanks to its summon-based moveset, strong crowd control, and an enhanced V2 form called Ten Shadows V2 (Meguna) that unlocks some of the most powerful abilities in the entire game.

Unlike spam-heavy techniques such as Boogie Woogie or Star Rage that excel early but fall off later, Ten Shadows scales through endgame content including boss fights, all three major raids, and PvP arenas. Each shikigami summon adds a layer of tactical depth — you choose when to deploy Divine Dog for rushdown, Nue for aerial dives, Great Serpent for ground coverage, or Max Elephant for massive AoE damage from above. Domain Expansion: Chimera Shadow Garden exists in the moveset but is currently unusable, so plan your rotations around the four active summons instead.

If you roll Ten Shadows, stop spinning immediately and store it in technique storage before experimenting with other rolls. Losing a 0.5% technique to an accidental reroll is one of the most painful mistakes in Jujutsu Legacy.

Ten Shadows comes exclusively from the Technique Spin NPC inside the spin building near Jujutsu High spawn. Each spin replaces your current technique, so only spin when you are willing to lose what you have equipped. The base spin rate is 0.5%, meaning roughly 1 in 200 spins on average — though RNG can stretch that far longer.

Stockpile spins using Jujutsu Legacy codes that grant free technique spins (codes like Mahoraga, WUpd, and SkyManipulation have historically rewarded spins). Level up to at least 5 to redeem codes, then visit the spin NPC. Binding Vow (65% drop rate) is the most common roll — if you land it, reroll without hesitation.

Pair Ten Shadows with the Fushiguro clan (1% spin rate, Technique +1.5X) for maximum damage amplification. Gojo clan (+1.5X Technique, +1.3X Health) is another excellent pairing if you are building toward Infinity V2 later. See our clan tier list for full synergy rankings.

The standard Ten Shadows kit includes four shikigami summons plus an inactive domain:

Divine Dog: Totality — Your rushdown tool. Divine Dog dashes forward hitting enemies in a line. Use it to open combos in PvP or close distance on bosses after dodging their telegraphed attacks.

Nue — Aerial dive attack. Nue appears above and strikes downward in front of you. Excellent for hitting airborne targets or adding damage during boss downtime phases.

Great Serpent (Orochi) — Ground-based serpent that moves forward along the surface. Strong for PvE mob clearing and controlling space in PvP since it covers a wide horizontal area.

Max Elephant — Drops from the sky above the player, damaging everything in the landing radius. Your highest AoE burst tool. Against solo bosses like Heian Sukuna, Max Elephant provides safe damage while you maintain distance.

Rotation tip for PvE farming: open with Max Elephant, follow with Great Serpent for ground coverage, then Divine Dog for cleanup. In PvP, mix Nue and Divine Dog for unpredictable pressure and save Max Elephant for finishing low-health opponents.

Ten Shadows V2 — also called Meguna — is the enhanced form that transforms this technique from great to game-breaking. To unlock V2, you must simultaneously equip three specific assets on your character:

1. Sukuna Vessel with all 20 Sukuna Fingers used (Heian form unlocked)
2. Demonic Usurpation Trait (0.5% drop from Divine General Raid waves)
3. Ten Shadows technique equipped

Once all three conditions are met, Ten Shadows V2 activates with an upgraded moveset including Switch Transformation (toggle between Sukuna Vessel and Heian Sukuna Vessel), Round Deer (healing), Piercing Ox (five-rush forward attack), Nue: Totality — Merged Beast Agito (summon that mirrors your M1s and calls lightning strikes), and Divine General — Mahoraga (adaptation summon that grants technique immunity over time).

This is the premier endgame build in Jujutsu Legacy.
