How to Beat Heian Sukuna in Jujutsu Legacy

Heian Sukuna is one of the most dangerous world bosses in Jujutsu Legacy on Roblox. He represents the King of Curses at full power and sits at the far end of Shinjuku's left path, past Yuta and other high-level NPCs, on a giant stone platform overlooking the area. Defeating him is not a casual side quest — it is endgame content that rewards players who have invested in strong techniques, vessels, and defensive tools like Reverse Cursed Technique and Simple Domain.

There are actually two related Sukuna encounters in Shinjuku. Heian Sukuna (the world boss on the stone platform) and True Heian Sukuna (located just to the right of that platform) are separate fights with overlapping but distinct drop tables. This guide focuses on the Heian Sukuna world boss fight itself, though many of the same preparation steps apply to both. Players also encounter Heian Sukuna as the wave 30+ enemy inside the Heian Era Raid, but the open-world boss is the primary farming target for Sukuna Finger drops and accessory rewards.

Before attempting this fight, make sure you understand the difference between the Sukuna Vessel's Heian form (unlocked with 20 fingers) and this NPC boss. The vessel form is something you equip on your character; the boss is an independent enemy with massive health pools and raid-tier damage. Confusing the two is a common beginner mistake that leads to underprepared players getting one-shot on arrival in Shinjuku.

Heian Sukuna spawns in Shinjuku, the endgame zone unlocked after progressing through Jujutsu High, Shibuya, Metro, and the Culling Games. When you first spawn in Shinjuku, take the main straight road forward. At the first major turn, go left onto the side path where Yuta and other Shinjuku bosses are located. Follow this road all the way to the end — past Kashimo's stone platform area and the Divine General boss near the Heian Era Raid entrance — until you reach the giant stone platform where Heian Sukuna stands.

The route is long and filled with aggressive NPCs, so clear the path methodically rather than sprinting blindly. Use your map knowledge from our Shinjuku map guide if you get turned around. Nearby landmarks include the Divine General world boss (left path near the Heian Era Raid), Yuta on a left turn along the main road, and Sukuna Binding Vow further along Shinjuku's central routes. True Heian Sukuna sits immediately to the right of Heian Sukuna's platform, so you will see both bosses once you arrive.

Recommended minimum level for a solo attempt is around 800–1000+, though grouped fights at lower levels are possible with coordinated Infinity or Ten Shadows players. Heian Sukuna hits extremely hard with multi-hit combos including Dismantle, Kamutoke, Heian Barrage, and World Cut — moves that can deal hundreds of thousands of damage per use. Your build needs both burst damage and survivability. Top-tier choices include Ten Shadows (with Max Elephant and Great Serpent for safe ranged pressure), Infinity (especially with Six Eyes trait from the Strongest Raid), and Heavenly Restriction V2 for players with the Rejected Zenin clan who can sustain close-range trades.

Always activate Cursed Energy (B) before engaging and keep Reverse Cursed Technique (R) ready for healing between phases. Simple Domain (H) blocks incoming technique damage during his larger attacks — learn it from Miwa before attempting this fight (see our NPC teachers guide). Black Flash procs from Yuji's training add meaningful burst when you can land M1 strings safely between dodges.

Combat flow: approach with a summon or ranged opener (Nue, Max Elephant, or Infinity red), dodge sideways during Dismantle and World Cut telegraphs, and never stand still during Heian Barrage. If you die, respawn in Shinjuku and run back — the boss does not reset between attempts on most servers. Bring a friend if possible; duo fights let one player draw aggro while the other DPS from range.

Heian Sukuna's drop table includes some of the best items in Jujutsu Legacy. Key rewards include Sukuna Finger (5%) — essential for unlocking the Sukuna Vessel and eventually the Heian vessel form at 20 fingers — plus Tengen Corpse (1%), Hiten (1%), and Divine Wheel (10%). He also drops Demon Arms (5%), but only if you defeat him while using the Divergent Fist technique, a niche requirement worth planning around if you want that accessory.

True Heian Sukuna nearby drops Sukuna's Eyes (0.1%) and also offers Demon Arms under the same Divergent Fist condition. If your goal is vessel progression, pair this boss farm with Sukuna Binding Vow (also in Shinjuku, 5% finger drop) and the Heian Era Raid for additional finger and trait drops.
